Our Story
Originating from our Eritrean background, Present Perfect was born out of a deeply ingrained culture of compassion and respect for older generations and those in need. Inspired by the values instilled in us from our Eritrean upbringing, where the community rallied together to support one another, we recognized a growing need for professional care in the Austin, Texas, area.
Driven by a desire to give back to our adopted home and emulate the sense of community we experienced in our village back in Eritrea, we founded Present Perfect with a mission to provide compassionate and reliable non-emergency medical transportation to those with special needs.

Our goal is to ensure everyone receives the care and support they deserve. We want to look out for everybody like everyone looked out for us back home in Eritrea.
